A few quick reminders to help your session go smoothly:
Consultation Required Before Your Session
A quick free consultation is required before any photography session.
This helps us plan locations, outfits, timing, and creative direction so your photos turn out exactly the way you want.
If you haven’t completed your consultation yet, please schedule it first — sessions aren’t confirmed without it.
• Wardrobe Prep
Choose outfits that make you feel confident.
Iron clothing beforehand to avoid wrinkles on camera.
Bring a lint roller if you have pets at home — I always carry one too.
• Shoes & Walking Comfort
Some sessions involve walking between locations.
Bring a comfortable pair of shoes to change into as needed.
• Hair, Makeup & Touch-Ups
Bring a small kit: brush, comb, face powder, makeup essentials.
If you’d like a friend to assist with hair adjustments on-site, you’re welcome to bring them.
• Weather & Backup Plans
Outdoor sessions may require adjusting times based on lighting or weather.
If changes are needed, I’ll reach out promptly.
• Props & Personal Items
Feel free to bring items that represent your personality—sports gear, instruments, memorabilia, etc.
Just let me know beforehand so I can plan the shots.
• Punctuality Matters
Your appointment includes a fixed time window.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start right on time.
• Deposit & Payment
A $50 deposit is required at booking to reserve your session.
Remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BOOK
Once your session is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. I’ll personally follow up within 24 hours to review your consultation (or schedule one if we haven’t met yet), finalize locations, and answer any last-minute questions.
Before your session, you’ll also receive a reminder with the time, location, and anything else you may need to bring.

AFTER YOUR SESSION -
WHAT TO EXPECT
Proof Gallery Delivery
You’ll receive a private online proof gallery within 72 hours of your session. Take your time reviewing your images and selecting your favorites.
Final Edits Included
Your chosen images will receive careful color correction, light retouching, and finishing touches to ensure the best possible result — natural, clean, and true to you.
Digital Downloads
All final images from your package include high-resolution digital downloads with personal-use rights. No hidden fees, no upsells required.
Print Options
If you’d like premium prints, wall art, or albums, I can recommend trusted print labs — or you’re welcome to use your own.
Archiving
Your edited images are safely stored for at least 12 months, so if you ever need another copy, you can reach out anytime.
