If it fits in the pre-paid box provided, we'll scan it so long as it meets our media shipping requirements page. Keep in mind that our estimates are based on a 4x6" image size. For example the est. 150-200 images that can fit into a small USPS box, are based on images that are 4x6" in size.

We scan images from 2x3" to 8.5"x11" in size. We also scan polaroid photos

Slides and Negatives

We can scan all slide types, 35mm, Half frame 35mm, 126, 127, and both 110 versions. Please remove slides from carousels, slide boxes etc and pack them as shown in the instructions provided unless otherwise noted in the product box description.

Negatives can be kept in their original protective sleeves from the developer. We will remove them, scan them and place them back into the sleeves.

Currently, we support VHS, VHS-C, MiniDV, MicroMV, HI8, Digital 8, 8mm/Super 8mm film, micro, mini and standard audio cassette tapes.

We do not accept Betamax, Betacam, or U-Matic

We will do everything we can to recover video from your tapes. In the event we can’t recover any data, they will be shipped back to you and you won’t be charged.
